Our return policy lasts 90 days. If, for any reason, you wish to return your item within 90 days we will issue you a refund (excluding taxes and shipping charges). Your product must be in original working condition with no defects. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com and request a return. Please attach your receipt or proof of purchase to this email, this is required for a return/refund.
Once we have confirmed your return request, your item must be in sent back to us at the following address in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment – which can take as long as 2 to 14 business days to clear (usually longer for international payments).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org (we will send you a prepaid shipping label) and send your item to:
